We do not send CVs for recruiting managers to continue the ‘sifting’ process. If we have been given the time to understand your business and specific needs on
individual vacancies, then we are sending CVs of candidates that you should make the time to meet as we believe they are suitable for your requirement. It all comes down to respect and trust, for new clients this is something we appreciate will need to be earned. Our consultants are given on and take pride in the service they offer.
