Business Development Executive (selling to Food Manufacturers) – Ingredients (Dry Herbs & Spices) – Prior Experience Required

Remote/On the Road £45,000 to £50,000 + Car

The Role:

Our client is looking for a Business Development Executive – but not just any executive. They need a hunter. Someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase and has a proven track record in sales of dry ingredients to Food Manufacturers. The task is clear: find prospects, impress them with premium products, and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within the food manufacturing sector.
• Present the premium herbs and spices portfolio to potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a business development or sales role selling any dry ingredients to food manufacturers. This one is non-negotiable folks!
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel as required (with 1-2 days a month in the office).
