I’m hiring for a major UK food manufacturer with a strong portfolio across a variety of categories. Big volumes. Recognisable brands. Serious retail exposure.

This isn’t a “keep the spreadsheet ticking” role.

You’ll sit at the centre of Commercial, NPD and Supply Chain, owning short, mid and long-term forecasts in a fast-paced, short shelf-life environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Building and refining accurate forecasts using SAP.
• Adjusting for seasonality, promotions, customer dynamics and supply constraints
• Analysing demand patterns daily, weekly and monthly
• Leading forecast conversations within S&OP
• Modelling promo impact and NPD launches
• Tracking forecast accuracy, bias and adherence to plan
• Improving processes, data quality and system utilisation

You’ll need:

• 3+ years in Demand Planning within FMCG (short shelf life is ideal)
• Strong SAP APO experience
• Advanced Excel capability (modelling, scenario analysis, data automation)
• Confidence to challenge Commercial and influence stakeholders
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-variability environment
