Engineering Supervisor Food Manufacturing 4 on 4 off DAYS ONLY Shift Pattern Engineering Supervisor – Food Manufacturing I’m recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturing business that’s looking to hire an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead engineering activity during shift and keep the plant running efficiently. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Engineering Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Engineering Supervisor – Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Engineers during your shift Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activity Ensure minimal downtime and support production targets Drive a proactive maintenance culture as an Engineering Supervisor Support continuous improvement and engineering projects Maintain site compliance with health & safety and food safety standards Act as the senior engineering contact on shift, escalating issues when needed Engineering Supervisor – Requirements: Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader role Background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or another regulated industry Strong mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge Confident managing teams and leading from the front Flexible to work rotating shifts or nights, depending on site structure If you’re interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
