We’re partnering with a successful, growing food manufacturer looking for an experienced FSQA Factory Manager to drive food safety, quality and continuous improvement across multiple UK sites.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape quality culture, lead technical teams, influence senior stakeholders and ensure world-class standards are maintained across the business.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading multi-site Food Safety & Quality operations.
• Driving BRCGS, HACCP and regulatory compliance.
• Managing and developing Technical and QA teams.
• Improving systems, processes and quality performance.
• Leading audits, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Building a strong food safety culture across all sites.

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years’ experience in Technical, Quality or Food Safety.
• Strong leadership experience within food manufacturing.
• Proven knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards.
• A confident decision-maker who thrives on improving people, processes and performance.
