Hygiene Team Leader (Nights)

Location: Wisbech
Salary: c£37,000
Do you have experience working in leadership with a background in hygiene?
This is a great opportunity for an individual who strives for progression in their career and enjoys managing a team. The role involves managing a team of operatives, ensuring cleaning procedures are in place an adhered to, putting schedules together, working interdepartmentally to ensure compliance and hygiene standards across site are to a high level, monitoring the safe use of chemicals and training and developing your team.
The shift pattern is 5 on 3 off, working from 12:30pm till 10am. Doesn’t having 3 days off a week sound ideal? It will allow you to maintain that work-life balance that we all strive for in today’s world. The company offers a variety of great benefits and flexibility where possible.
You will need to be experienced in the industry, ideally experienced working at team leader/supervisor level within a busy food manufacturing site.
