The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. Working within a dynamic engineering team, you’ll be responsible for both reactive and planned maintenance across a modern manufacturing site. This is a hands-on position where your expertise will directly impact efficiency, reliability, and performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with food industry standards
  • Working collaboratively with production teams to minimise downtime

What We’re Looking For

  • Multi-skilled engineer (ideally electrical bias)
  • Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (Food highly desirable)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on reliability and improvement
  • Relevant engineering qualifications
