Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

I’m recruiting for a well-established heavy industrial manufacturer that takes pride in its team. This isn’t just about keeping machines running, it’s about being part of a collaborative, high-performing crew where the right cultural fit matters as much as your engineering skills.

Opportunities here aren’t small:

  • Strong career development – internal and external training is consistent.
  • Work in a supportive, team-focused environment where your input actually counts.
  • Two shift options available: permanent nights 4 on / 4 off, or permanent days 4 on / 4 off.

The role:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and improve mechanical systems.
  • Work closely with production, maintenance, and project teams to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Drive continuous improvement and implement upgrades.
  • Maintain high safety and compliance standards—this is heavy industrial equipment, not a toy.

You:

  • Mechanical Engineer (L3 minimum) with production / FMCG / manufacturing experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating machinery, and general mechanical systems.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused.
  • Cultural fit matters – you’ll thrive in a team-first environment.

Why this is a great move:

  • Real development opportunities – grow your career with structured training and mentoring.
  • Competitive pay, plus shift allowance for nights.
  • Stability in a company that values its people and your engineering expertise.

If you want to join a team that works together, grows together, and values real engineering talent, send me your CV today. I’ll take it straight to the hiring team.
