This is a hands-on Process role on a high-volume chilled manufacturing site supplying major retailers.

 

You’ll play a key role in taking products from concept to full-scale production – making sure what looks good on paper actually works in reality.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Running and leading factory trials
  • Troubleshooting issues during scale-up
  • Working closely with production, technical, and NPD teams
  • Ensuring successful product launches
  • Identifying improvements in processes and efficiency
