Do you have a background in the kitchen developing new and innovative products?
This role leading the creation of new products from concept to trial, considering manufacturing and cost constraints, and ensuring they align with market and consumer needs. It includes building strong relationships with customers and brands, managing product submissions, and adhering to brand standards.
You will ensure alignment with customer and market requirements and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. As well as leading internal meetings to keep stakeholders informed about projects, manage project documentation, and act as the main contact for customers, ensuring timely communication. Finally, there will also be collaboration with the development and innovation teams to foster a quality-focused, high-performing environment with one direct report.
